Wild General Contest Rules

Wild's Request and Contest Lines are 775-793-1029 and 1-877-793-1029. Anytime you call our request lines, you may be recorded for playback at a later time, unless you direct us otherwise. Wild 102.9 FM and Citadel Broadcasting Company are not responsible for telephone malfunction. Any phone company employee using telephone equipment that is unavailable to the general public is ineligible to enter/win any contest(s) staged on Wild 102.9 FM. In case of dispute over telephone lines, the decision(s) of WILD 102.9 FM are final.

There is no purchase necessary to win a prize from Wild 102.9 FM.

Wild 102.9 FM listeners can only win a prize every fourteen (14) days (including qualifying for any contest). However, contests may occur on Wild 102.9 FM that supersede this rule. In those cases, specific contest rules will be available detailing the rule change. During the Wild 102.9 FM Morning Show, the on-air DJ(s) will distribute prizes to winners at their discretion. All decisions of the Morning Show DJ(s) regarding prizes and prizewinners is final.

All prizes must be claimed in person unless otherwise specified. Proper identification (valid driver's license, passport, social security number, state id, military id) is required. All winners have two weeks to pick up their prize or it will be forfeited. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred-however, Wild 102.9 FM may, due to unavailability of prizes. Wild 102.9 FM may substitute another prize of equal value.

Designated representative: In very unique situations, designated representatives will be allowed to accept prizes. Written authorization from the winner is required. Letter must include representative's name, id, social security number, and a photocopy of the winner's driver's license. WILD 102.9 FM will qualify what constitutes a "unique situation."

Employees of Wild 102.9 FM and Citadel Broadcasting Company, their advertising agencies, and/or employees of any other broadcast or print media properties AND their immediate families and those domiciled within the Metro area and their relatives are not eligible. Also, employees and their family members of any NEVADA OR CALIFORNIA radio station are ineligible to win.

Citadel Broadcasting Company is not held liable for any damages, errors, or any other unforeseen circumstances surrounding the prize or transfer thereof. Wild 102.9 FM is not responsible for defective prizes.

Winners must sign necessary documentation before being awarded the prize. A release, identification, and an affidavit of eligibility may be required. All taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the winners, and all federal, state and local laws apply. Per the Internal Revenue Service, any single prize won on WILD 102.9 over $600 or the accumulation of prizes whose value is over $600 will be subject to an I.R.S. 1099 Form and the applicable taxes.

Also anyone that wins a prize (or combination of prizes in one ?win? on the air), valued at $100 or more will be required to provide a copy of their Social Security Card in order to pick up their prizes. WILD 102.9 must be able to ensure the identity and true name of the winner.
