Job Title: KNEV & KWYL SALES MANAGER

Starting Pay Range: Negotiable
General Responsibilities:
Recruits, hires, trains, supervises and motivates sales personnel
Plans and strategize creative programs to achieve short and long term sales and business objectives
Oversees efforts of sales team by reviewing sales proposals and negotiating with clients
Develops sales commissions and incentive plans
Manages pricing strategy and inventory control
Develops and manages annual departmental budget
Provides regular performance feedback to staff
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of all applicable FCC rules and regulations
TV or Radio Sales and or Management experience required
Understanding of Broadcasting, pricing inventory, ratings, marketing, promotion and collection standards
Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
Must possess excellent leadership, negotiating, verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy and understanding of Microsoft Office suite, Arbitron/Tapscan/Maximiser
Problem solving ability and skill in prioritizing
Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels
Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines
Knowledge of products, customer needs, competition and market trends
Education and Licensing Requirements:
Must possess valid state drivers license

Status: Full Time - Non-Exempt
General Responsibilities: Develop and maintain both new and existing radio station advertisers through prospecting and great client service.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
This position requires candidate demonstrate high performance standards in organization, follow through, commitment to customer service, including the ability to conduct sales (client) interviews along with gathering, interpreting and summarizing data. Ability to collect payments and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies. Must have an outgoing, positive attitude; be able to integrate as a team player and possess high levels of motivation. Excellent oral and written skills along with basic computer skills are required of the candidate.
Education and Licensing Requirements:
College degree preferred but not required. Prior radio or television experience preferred but not required. Must possess valid state drivers license and insurance.

Responsibilities: Setup of on-site radio broadcasts and events, driving station vehicle, talking with the public.
Requirements: Works under the supervision each station's Promotions Director and the Promotions Manager. Manage all technical responsibilities and assist in all logistical responsibilities of remote broadcast set-up, testing and breakdown. A remote tech will work for all 4 Citadel Reno radio stations as directed by each station's Promotion Directors and or the Promotions.
Additional Information: No education requirements. Prior experience preferred but not required. Must hold a Valid drivers license and insurance with a clean driving record.
